I had a Remanufactured CVT Transmission for my 2014 Nissan Sentra installed by them in June of 2025. It's been a little over a year and the car is running good. Jason took time to explain the cost, process, and expected timeframe (which took about 2wks). They are very busy and Jason was honest about the time it would take start on my car. They also worked on the rear mounts and sway bar kit, which was supposed to have been done when I took my car into Courtesy Nissan (stay away from them!) earlier in the year, but apparently they didn't. Jason even gave me a courtesy call a few days after I got the car back just to check if everything was running smooth. They aren't the fastest options out there, but I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants honest and quality work done.

I recently had my engine and transmission replaced by this shop, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, the first engine they received from the supplier turned out to be bad. While that obviously wasn’t ideal, it was completely out of their control. What really stood out to me was how they handled the situation. Jason communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on what was happening and what the next steps would be. As soon as the issue was identified, they moved quickly to get a replacement engine ordered and installed. I never felt left in the dark, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness showed me they stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing major repairs done right.

First off let me just say this place is terrific. My transmission was shot, so I took it to this shop close to me whose name i won't mention. They had my car for almost two months and couldn't get it fixed. They hardly communicated with me, I always had to call them. Finally I got fed up and called around for a new repair shop. I called Engine and Transmission Center. Jason answered the phone and was most helpful. I asked how much is their average price for a transmission repair and he told me the answer wasn't that simple and gave me the reasons why. He said, they'll need to check it out themselves. He offered to have my car towed from the current shop to theirs no charge. They do free diagnostics which is wonderful. They said they'll call me when they get a chance to look at it. They called a couple days later and told me what's what. Jason was VERY informative and explained to me in full detail what was going on. I know nothing about transmission repairs but he explained everything to me in simplest terms. I gave them authorization to do the repairs and boy did they. Jason called me couple times to keep me informed and to make me aware of the progress. They had all the work done

I called these guys to get my truck looked at and diagnosed. They don't charge for the diagnostics which was very helpful. Ended up having a bad transmission. They gave me quotes for multiple options and answered every question I had about each option. I ended up purchasing a new transmission rather than a rebuild just because that's what I wanted. Well the new transmission got damaged in shipping (Not their fault). I got a call right away. So we went with the rebuild option. Not only did they do a GREAT job but they even gave me the same warranty that came with purchasing the new unit. They have reached out to me multiple times after getting my truck back just to make sure everything was okay and I wasn't having any issues with it. I can say I am very pleased with the service they provide and they have great prices. I highly recommend them if you are needing transmission work or anything. I have put over 1000 miles on the truck already.
